Notice is hereby given that a
Called Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the
Chillicothe Independent School District will be held on
October 23, 2006, beginning at 5:30 p.m., in the Distance Learning Room
1610 S. 6th Street, Chillicothe, Texas
The subjects to be discussed or considered, or upon which any formal action
may be taken, are as follows: (Items do not have to be taken in the same order as shown on the meeting notice.)
1. Establish Quorum Present and Call to Order.
2. Minutes of Previous Meetings.
3. Open Forum
4. Consideration and Appoint James Newell to the Vacant Board seat.
5. Consideration to Resend the Motion to Purchase a School Pick up.
6. Executive Session. ..Personnel matters that may include but not limited to: resignations, employment of personnel, positions, assignments, duties, compensations, and benefits.
7. Adjourn.
If, during the course of the meeting, discussion of any item on the agenda should be held in a closed meeting, the board will conduct a closed meeting in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Tex. Gov't. Code, Chapter 551, Subchapters D and E.
