Notice is hereby given that a

Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Chillicothe

Independent School District will be held on

December 15, 2005, beginning at 7:30 p.m., in the Board Conference Room/Central Administration Office

 1610 S. 6th Street, Chillicothe, Texas

 

The subjects to be discussed or considered, or upon which any formal action

may be taken,  are as follows: (Items do not have to be taken in the same order as shown on the meeting notice.)

 

1. Establish quorum present and call to order.

 

2. Open Forum.

 

3. Minutes of Previous Meeting's.

 

4. Consideration and Approval of Bills and Budget Amendments.

 

5. Consideration and Approval of Audit Report for 2004-2005 Fiscal Year as presented by King, Moore, Truelove & Pharis Audit Firm.

 

6. Presentation from PCNet to discuss our technology needs and the direction we are heading.

 

7. Student Recognition for Outstanding Achievement in UIL Academics.

 

8. Consider and Amend the Student Code of Conduct concerning the minimum time lines for DAEP offenses.

 

9. Discuss and Consider using the elementary playground as a helicopter-landing pad.

 

10. Executive Session: Personnel matters that may include but not limited to: resignations, employment of personnel, positions, assignments, duties, compensations, and benefits.
