Notice is hereby given that a

Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the

Chillicothe Independent School District will be held on

April 18, 2006, beginning at 7:30 p.m., in the Board Conference Room/Central

Administration Office

1610 S. 6th Street, Chillicothe, Texas

 

The subjects to be discussed or considered, or upon which any formal action

may be taken, are as follows: (Items do not have to be taken in the same order as shown on the meeting notice.)

 

1. Establish quorum present and call to order.

 

2. Open Forum.

 

3..  Student Recognition for Outstanding Achievements in Academics, Athletics and  Extracurricular Events.

 

4.  Minutes of Previous Meeting.

 

5.  Consideration and Approval of Bills and Amendments.

 

6.  Consideration and Adopt the Technology Plan.

 

7.  Consider and Adopt the Wellness Program.

 

8.  Discuss the HB 914 Disclosure form.

 

9.  Consideration and Adopt the By-Laws for Cheerleaders and Twirlers. 

 

10.  Executive Session. ..Personnel matters that may include but not limited to: resignations, employment of personnel, positions, assignments, duties, compensations, and benefits.

 

11.  Recommendation for a High School Principal, and Food Service Director for the 2006-2007 school year. 

 

 

 

 

 

12.  Superintendent’s Report

13.  Adjourn.

If, during the course of the meeting, discussion of any item on the agenda should be held in a closed meeting, the board will conduct a closed meeting in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Tex. Gov't. Code, Chapter 551, Subchapters D and E.
