Notice is hereby given that a
Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the
Chillicothe Independent School District will be held on
June 12, 2006, beginning at 7:30 p.m., in the Board Conference Room/Central
Administration Office
1610 S. 6th Street, Chillicothe, Texas
The subjects to be discussed or considered, or upon which any formal action
may be taken, are as follows: (Items do not have to be taken in the same order as shown on the meeting notice.)
1. Establish Quorum Present and Call to Order.
2. Minutes of Previous Meetings.
3. Open Forum.
4. Consideration and Approval of Bills.
5. Consideration to Lower the School Teacherages Monthly Payments.
6. Briefly Discuss the 2005-2006 Goals and Adopt the 2006-2007 Goals.
7. Consideration and Adopt the 2006-2007 Staff Handbook.
8. Consideration and Adopt the New State Minimum Salary Schedule for the 2006-2007 school year.
9. Executive Session. ..Personnel matters that may include but not limited to: resignations, employment of personnel, positions, assignments, duties, compensations, and benefits.
10. Recommendation for Hiring of Kim Thompson as the Secondary Math Teacher for the 2006-2007 school year.

12. Adjourn.
If, during the course of the meeting, discussion of any item on the agenda should be held in a closed meeting, the board will conduct a closed meeting in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Tex. Gov't. Code, Chapter 551, Subchapters D and E.
