Notice is hereby given that a

Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the

Chillicothe Independent School District will be held on

June 12, 2007, beginning at 6:30 P.M., in the Board Conference Room/Central

Administration Office

1610 S. 6^th Street, Chillicothe, Texas

 

The Subjects to be discussed or considered, or upon which any formal action may be taken, are as follows:  (Items do not have to be taken in the same order as shown on the meeting notice.)

 

1. Establish Quorum Present and Call to Order.

 

2. Minutes of Previous Meeting.

 

3. Open Forum.

 

4. Consideration and Approval of Bills.

 

5. Consideration and Awarding of the Bank Depository.

 

6. Discussion of Parson Roofing.

 

7. Discussion of the Texas Educators Excellence Grant.

 

8. Discussion of Federal Programs and Title Monies.

 

9. Consideration and approval of Update 80 to Chillicothe ISD’s Board Policies. (First Reading)

 

10. Consideration and approval of Region 9 ESC’s service contracts for 2007-08.

 

11. Discussion of mandatory school board training for the three (3) new board members.

13. Discussion of staffing needs for 2007-08

a.       Discussion of possible re-assignments

b.      Discussion of resignations;

d.      No decisions are made in closed session.  All actions will be taken when the board re-convenes in open session.
