Notice is hereby given that a
Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the
Chillicothe Independent School District will be held on
July 18, 2006, beginning at 7:30 p.m., in the Board Conference Room/Central
Administration Office
1610 S. 6th Street, Chillicothe, Texas
The subjects to be discussed or considered, or upon which any formal action
may be taken, are as follows: (Items do not have to be taken in the same order as shown on the meeting notice.)
1. Establish Quorum Present and Call to Order.
2. Minutes of Previous Meetings.
3. Open Forum.
4. Consideration and Approval of Bills.
5. Consideration and Adopt the Gun Free Safety Act Policy.
6. Consideration and Adopt Update 78.
7. Consideration of Region 9 Shared Service Arrangement for Programs Included in the Application for Federal Funding.
8. Consideration and Adopt the 2006-2007 Campus Improvement Plans.
9. Consideration and Adopt the 2006-2007 Student Handbook and Student Code of Conducts.
10. Executive Session. ..Personnel matters that may include but not limited to: resignations, employment of personnel, positions, assignments, duties, compensations, and benefits.
11. Accept the Resignation of Lori White, Elementary Special Education Teacher.
12. Recommendation for Hiring of Teachers for the 2006-2007 school year.
13. Superintendent’s Report:

14. Adjourn.
