September 12, 2006, beginning at 6:30 p.m., in the Board Conference Room/Central
Administration Office
1610 S. 6th Street, Chillicothe, Texas
The subjects to be discussed or considered, or upon which any formal action
may be taken, are as follows: (Items do not have to be taken in the same order as shown on the meeting notice.)
1. Establish Quorum Present and Call to Order.
2. Minutes of Previous Meetings.
3. Open Forum.
4. Consideration and Approval of Bills.
5. Consideration of Kindergarten through 12th grade Students Admissions to Athletic Events.
6. Discussion of the School First Rating.
7. Discussion of the Average Yearly Progress for the 2006 Results.
8. Consideration and Adopt Rules and Regulations for School Organizations and Clubs.
9. Executive Session. ..Personnel matters that may include but not limited to: resignations, employment of personnel, positions, assignments, duties, compensations, and benefits.

11. Adjourn.
If, during the course of the meeting, discussion of any item on the agenda should be held in a closed meeting, the board will conduct a closed meeting in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Tex. Gov't. Code, Chapter 551, Subchapters D and E.
