Notice is hereby given that a

Called Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the

Chillicothe Independent School District will be held on

November 15, 2007 beginning at 7:00 P.M., in the Board Conference Room/Central

Administration Office

1610 S. 6th Street, Chillicothe, Texas

 

The Subjects to be discussed or considered, or upon which any formal action may be taken, are as follows:  (Items do not have to be taken in the same order as shown on the meeting notice.)

 

  1. Establish Quorum Present and Call to Order.

 

  1. Interview Candidates for Superintendent

 

  1. Closed Session

a.  Discuss Superintendent Applicants

 

  1. Take any necessary action following closed session, including setting up second interview.

 

  1.  Adjourn

 

If, during the course of the meeting, discussion of any item on the agenda should be held in a closed meeting, the board will conduct a closed meeting in accordance with the Texas Open Meeting Act, Tex. Gov’t. Code, Chapter 551, Subchapters D and E Attorney General Opinions, and other codes.
