------DISTRICTWIDE GOALS------

1. To continually move closer to becoming an EXEMPLARY school district. 
2. To “beef-up” the technology equipment and infrastructure;
3. To make the appropriate cuts in the budget to move closer to adopting a balanced budget;
4. To successfully complete the 2006 summer projects;
5. To develop committees to involve parents, community members, and stakeholders to participate in the daily routes of school life;
6. To develop a system for teaching students morals, respect, ethics and self-discipline.

------HIGH SCHOOL GOALS------

1. To offer students more elective classes throughout their high school careers;
2. To improve the Science TAKS scores;
3. To encourage pride, honor and loyalty toward the school, teachers, and administration; 
4. To work together as a united front;
5. To work with students to reduce the number of extracurricular absences;
6. To increase the participation in extracurricular activities.

------ELEMENTARY GOALS------

1. To be an Exemplary campus;
2. To improve Science TAKS scores;
3. To improve writing skills at all grade levels;
4. To create greater community and parental involvement through more frequent communication;
5. To maintain a Highly Qualified staff and minimize staff turn over.
