Mr. Coby Norman
Coby Norman, formerly of Big Spring, recently began serving as superintendent for Chillicothe Independent School District. Mr. Norman, has a BBA in Business Management from Texas Tech University, received his MA degree in Education Administration from The University of Texas at the Permian Basin, and obtained his superintendent's certification from Angelo State University.
After teaching secondary math at Bowie Junior High, then at Odessa High; Mr. Norman served as Principal at Olton Junior High and Big Spring Junior High. His wife, Lisa, has twenty years experience in education and is currently the Curriculum/Intervention Specialist at Moss Elementary in Big Spring. They have one daughter in 6th grade and another in third grade who are both excited about moving to Chillicothe and making new friends!
