What’s happening in Mrs. Knowles’ classes?
My classes have changed. I am now teaching 4-6 science and social studies. Here is what we are looking at this 6 weeks:
4th Science- Next week we will begin looking at the changes in Earth and our natural resources
4th Social Studies- We are taking a look at what Texas was like when it was part of Mexico & why we chose to fight for independence.
5th Science- We are taking a look at the different landforms that are on our planet. Then we move onto the Sun, Earth and Moon systems.
5th Social Studies- We will begin looking at the reasons colonial America was willing to fight for its independence.
6th Science- We are taking a look at how force and motion affect speed and direction. Then we will move onto explore our solar system
6th Social Studies- We are reviewing the continent of North America and it’s countries.
